Do you have this problem? Deer eating your plants.
I did.
I search and searched for a solution. There are alot of available expensive products you can buy, which I couldn't afford. You can put up a fence, hang socks with scents, lavender oil, citronella oil, hanging shiny objects like aluminum scraps, I even read a article about spraying Tiger urine, now I really don't know where to get Tiger urine, at a zoo, with a cup.....lol.
I found a inexpensive solution that works and I tell everyone I know about it. My Daughther, Mother and neighbors all use this now.
Dryer sheets.
Yep that's it. Just shove a cheap dryer sheet into each plant and they will stop eating your plant.
My daylilies were coming up this spring on both sides of my garage. I noticed one side had long pointed leaves and the other side where short without the pointed leaves. A closer look, yep the deer were eating them. So I put my old faithful dryer sheets in each plant. Now they are growing again. The deer haven't touched them.
This is great for hosta's, tomato plants etc.
It works for me, so give it a try. Inexpensive.
